The week after my birthday, I jumped back into a running routine. Partly because of my resolution to NOT be sedentary. Partly because of stress. Partly because I had just been shopping in Columbus where most of the stores were displaying spring clothes, giving me the mindset that spring was near. Mostly because I just love to run. Not so much on the treadmill... but I'll do what it takes, I guess. My goal for myself (until I can get outside more) is just three miles, twice a week. I've upheld that so far. I'm going to start logging my runs here again to keep myself accountable to that goal and chart my progress. The first 5K I plan to run isn't till May, but I may look up some other races sooner. I'd like to be a little more prepared than I was last spring.January 25th

Way to go on running! I soooo wish I could join you. Treadmills suck, but I guess it's nice to have the option right!?!?
