This cuddly dude turned EIGHT on Sunday!!
(Poor Bru is in desparate need of a haircut.)
We celebrated by singing to him and presenting him with a new toy wrapped up with a few treats that Will and I picked out while school supply shopping.
Brutus LOVES to open presents.
The kids got really into this little birthday celebration and it makes me feel kinda' bad that we haven't really acknowledged Bru's special day in so many years. But we will definitely try to do so from now on because he is part of the family and he clearly enjoyed all of the attention.
Pre-kids, Brutus was our first baby and we treated him as such. He went everywhere with us and got SOOOO much attention. We dressed him up often and loved on him all the time. This was Brutus's first birthday back in August of 2005 and we had invited our usual crew of friends over for ice cream to celebrate!!! Hahaha!!!
