Today you... turned three years old!!!
Today we... reflected on the day you came into our world.
Today you... were so excited to find balloons on your bedroom floor when you woke up.
Today we... sang "Happy Birthday" to you over your breakfast muffin, your post-dinner cake, and several times in between.
Today you... enjoyed a morning with just mommy and daddy. The center of attention. The focus of our constant affections.
Today we... gave you lots and lots of hugs and kisses.
Today you... ran, jumped, climbed, slid, twirled and showed off your growing big-girl strength.
Today we... swung you into the air on the count of three, as we walked together hand in hand with only you between us.
Today you... laughed when daddy "accidentally" ate the bite of ice cream that was supposed to be yours while you took turns finishing his bowl.
Today we... raced to catch the bubbles daddy was blowing into the wind.
Today you... kept up with your brother on our afternoon "adventure".
Today we... marveled over our blessings and our two BIG kids!
Today you... sweetly told me "thank you" for your "bana' cake" and told me you loved me lots of times. You wanted to be held and to hold my hand and I relished this age that I get to enjoy these moments.
Today we... tucked you in and collapsed at the end of our busy day!
Today you... continued to amaze us with your charm, humor, sweetness and determination.
Today we... love you more than we did yesterday and thank God for the sweet girl we are lucky enough to call our daughter.
