I absolutely love the hot, HOT summer mornings when I get our bed sheets washed and hung out on the line right away. It's like the summer equivalent of cozying up with hot chocolate on a snowy night. Just makes you feel good. They're usually dry in about 15-20 minutes and they smell soooooo nice and fresh when they're tucked back onto the beds. Love it!
It's also comical when Sophie suggests we play hide and seek while I'm tending the garden and she chooses this as her hiding spot. ;)
Where's Sophie?
There she is!
Practicing her clothespinning skills.
Talking her brother into joining in on the hide-and-seek fun.
Also, this day: bubbles! Always a favorite.
And in the evening, Craig volunteered to stay home with the kids while I met up with my extended family at Bravo for a dinner in honor of my cousins Bethany and Sam and their respective high school graduations.
Dinner was delicious! So nice to be able to visit with everyone without juggling children. :)
