What's for Dinner? Week 3

This is going to be short and sweet because I have zero pictures to include with my dinner post this week and nothing super exciting to add.

On the menu this week:
1) Spaghetti and meatballs, salad and garlic bread. I did this last night for an easy crock pot Sunday supper. I made up the meatballs and sauce on Friday night and then just turned it on low a little before lunch time on Sunday. This is one of Will's faves and surprisingly he ate very little. Meanwhile, Sophie (who's been eating very little these past few days) ate a whole meatball on her own and seemed to have a little better of an appetite yesterday.
2) Sweet and sour pork stir fry. I love stir frys for "one pot meals" because the meat, starch and veggies are all in one. I've posted about this before. It's not Craig's favorite but I love it. The veggies include bell peppers, zucchini and onion and the sauce has cilantro, garlic and crushed pineapple in it. Yum.
3) Turkey sloppy joes. This is another Weelicious recipe. If you look on her blog, I think she calls them turk-wee or slop-wee joes. :) I also cut up a bunch of raw broccoli and cauliflower for dipping as a side dish.
4) Also this weekend I made some oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies and another batch of those carrot pancakes for breakfast on Sunday. I'm really in the mood to bake some homemade yeast bread soon and I'd really like Will to join in and help me. It just takes a chunk of time with the rising though, so weekends are better.

Happy eating, friends!

Hey Ashley :) I made the Raspberry Frozen Yogurt pops from Weelicious this morning with Lyla and I just let her have one after lunch... she devoured it!!!
Here's the link

I used half raspberries and half strawberries instead, though. I think next time I might try mango.
I love how in that link she talks about that she lets her son have these popcicles for breakfast... which makes sense since really it's mainly yogurt and fruit! Thanks again for letting us know about her site... I have to try those carrot pancakes!
