What's For Dinner? Week 4

I had a wonderful girls weekend in Columbus for my birthday (post coming soon!) and this week has been pretty low-key for meals because of it.

I made chicken noodle soup for Craig and the kids to have on Friday and Saturday, but it was a large pot and it carried us all the way to Tuesday for various meals.

Also this week, I've made:
-Weelicious turkey sloppy joes
-scrambled eggs for dinner
-Weelicious crockpot lentil veggie stew
-more pumpkin pie-sicles
-more whole wheat oat pancakes for breakfast
-more frozen butternut squash cubes to be served with cottage cheese or applesauce for Sophie's lunches

Oh, and my co-worker brought in two of my favorite birthday treats: chocolate chip cookie "cake" and magic bars (both homemade) so I've had plenty of sweets this week as well! I am much more a cookie/bar person than a cake person.

I'm at a loss of what to make for next week and tonight is grocery shopping night. I need ideas... What are you having?

just made my list...

Fetuccine alfredo with chicken and broccoli
your steak stir fry
lemon asparagus pasta
quesadillas-cheese, refried beans, and guac kind..
pork with mashed potatoes and a veggie
stuff in the freezer :)
salmon/rice/broccoli
and something you would never try-but a corn dog casserole thing my friend said was easy for chris to make on night I am at school.

Help any?
