All four kids were very good, though Mya and Stella seemed a little too curious and unsure of this new environment to be interested in naps or bottles. :) They really enjoyed playing together at our house and I really enjoyed some time with my 4 favorite little people and a short work day!
These first few were before the twins arrived. Did I mention we replaced our water heater? We ended up not going with the tankless system after Craig's research... and I think that made Will and Sophie very happy. Look at this monstrosity of a box that came with the new tank!! Will found Sophie playing hide and seek on the side of it this morning.
Then they both stood up to scope out the "roof" of their fort.
Will showed Sophie how much fun it is to bang on the box.
Yay!!! Loud noise!
So entertaining...
"I was thinking we could put the bookshelf here..."
"...and maybe incorporate some sort of skylight up here..."
Mya and Stella are here! Will greeted each of his cousins with a kiss on the head.
Great Grandma came over too! She was a huge help and loved to see her great-grandbabies. Will was so excited to show her some of his new "games" that we have been playing.
Mya's face cracks me up in this one. They were totally digging the lion toy.
Woo hoo!! Tunnels are so cool!
In this picture I was telling Mya to hang on just a second so Stella could come out first.
Instead, she just plowed over top of her sister. Ha! I would normally feel bad, but I'm pretty sure Stella's used to it.
Sophie was napping during most of these pictures so she didn't get to join in on the fun until later. But Will loved playing with his cousins! Will and I also got some more activity time in the early morning before the twins arrived. It's been another fun week and I'm looking forward to sharing all our learning "games".
Now I'm off to bake some coconut chocolate chip cookies. Soph's pretty set on food for awhile yet, so I'm taking my Thursday evening to bake and hang out with the hubster instead. :) TGIF tomorrow! This was a fast week!
