Sunday, April 29th was the first chance we all had to get together for Casey's birthday (which was on the 15th). Mom and dad made a delicious meal with grilled chicken, baked potatoes, salad, veggies, fruit, bread and apple cake. Absolutely heavenly.
I double braided Sophie's hair for the first time since last summer. It is so fine and so hard keep in any sort of purposeful style. Hence the reason it's always just down and clipped to the side. ;)
Uncle Taylor gave Sophie her birthday card since he wasn't able to make it to her party.
Thanks, Uncle Taylor! We'll put this away towards her college fund.

Totally random... but an old high school dance dress (my very first, actually) resurfaced this evening for some reason and I decided to don the green velvet and sequins once again for old times sake. Haha! I could zip it all the way up until I reached the part that covers my chest. Must be these gargantuan boobs that have changed most since high school. LOL!
