As an addendum to Sophia's First Year, how about a look back at Will & Sophia's journey together? After all, these two are siblings and what more fun bond could there be? :)
Will scopes out the intruder on our way home from the hospital...
Taking another peek at the newcomer.
Will's first time "holding" baby Sophie.
The first of many pictures in the glider.I love to see the change!

A lovely shot of both, don't you think? LOL
4th of JulyIt just speaks volumes about the phase
we were going through at the time.
Sophie could not contain her smiles and Will was just...
well, two years old and moody.
Two in diapers... cha ching!
So sweet - Sophie's 4 month birthday. And they're really starting to warm up to each other.
Chummier still.
Pumpkin patch and my two favorite pumpkins.
Off we go!
Sweet lovin'.

"Chatting"
Sledding
Valentine's Day
Actually PLAYING together!
Helping feed Sophie.
Fun with a cardboard box.

Joint bath time!

Gentle and protective - just as a big brother should be.
Learning to share.
Story hour.
Biker kids.
Morning on the porch - enjoying the simple pleasures in life.
Ahhh! As I write this post, my heart feels as though it will burst! I love these kids more than I can possibly put into words. Thank you, thank you, thank you God for my amazing children! And thank you for showing me that expanding our family was a gift to all of us and that the bond between siblings is so special and beautiful. I know there will be plenty of fights and bickering in the years to come. But I also know first hand (Casey!) that that is just surface stuff. Deep down, it's rock solid... forever.

You said it, Sissy! You are and always will be my bestest friend in the whole world!
So...I looked at the "biker kids" picture and thought to myself, "We have the same two toys!" Then I realized they ARE our toys! Hahaha!!!
