Advent Book Recap

Just a quick recap of our Advent book list:

Love this series for teaching about God.

A big favorite with both kids. So simple. Very cute.

I love Amy Krouse Rosenthal.

These books have such wonderful, Christian-minded messages... but are just a liiiittle bit long for my kids. They could shorten the message a bit to hold young children's attention spans. But still happy to own them for repeat exposures. Messages are about managing money, choosing a life partner and what heaven is like... all written in kid-friendly language. Not things you may think to discuss with such young children! But definitely important life lessons that are never too early to introduce!

Some favorite books focusing on food made from scratch and the love that goes in with it.

New to us. Hadn't read before purchasing. Recommendation came from a favorite blog. Love it. Sophie's got a thing for horses.

A great message for giving/sharing with others around the holidays.

Probably Will's favorites.

So sweet. Love the last verse.

These are not from Advent, but a couple books that Craig's aunt and uncle gave to Will. I love these titles. :)
I love books. And I love that my kids share that feeling. :)
